By accessing or using the iDroppers platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
As a merchant on iDroppers, you agree to:
You agree not to misuse the platform by attempting to access unauthorized areas, interfering with other users, or using automated tools to scrape data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
iDroppers handles product fulfillment through partner warehouses. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
All platform content, branding, and technology remain the intellectual property of iDroppers. Merchants retain ownership of their store branding and custom content.
iDroppers provides the platform “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your store will be deactivated and data retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
